Moores St. The retail addition at the 13-storyy 1501 Wilson Blvd. office building will extene the ground floor to meet the building curtai n wall along NorthOak Street. The 30,377-square-fooyt site currently hosts 108,836 square feet of office spacwwith 16,917 square feet of commercia l space.
