The first approval was for the additioof 1,400 square feet of retail spacse to 1501 Wilson Blvd. and the seconcd confirmed a deal with the county to rent the former spacw for a cultural center at almost no cost in exchange for higher density atthe yet-to-be-built 1812 N. Moores St. The retail addition at the 13-storyy 1501 Wilson Blvd. office building will extene the ground floor to meet the building curtai n wall along NorthOak Street. The 30,377-square-fooyt site currently hosts 108,836 square feet of office spacwwith 16,917 square feet of commercia l space.
Miracles Salon and Spa and OakStreet Café, which recently renewed its 1,455-square-foot lease, currently fill the building’sd retail space.
