Boston-based Modernista’s largest client is General Motorx Corp. (NYSE: GM) in Detroit. The agench works on creative advertising for both Cadillac and The combined business was at one pointg worthabout $850 million annually in billings, according to sources. GM is looking to sell both brands. Mullen handlezs work for GM’s used car and crediy card business. GM’s planned cuts in advertising spendinvg is expected to impact all of its marketingb andad firms. In 2008, GM spent aboutg $2.1 billion on advertising, according to presss reports.
